October 9, 2011: Innovations in Health Care …and Music

Dr. Angelo Volandes joins us for a conversation on how videos could change how we make decisions about end-of-life care.  In the age of YouTube, he thinks that videos are a key part of the health care system of the future.

Also this week: we catch up with Mark Steinberg, violinist with the Brentano String Quartet.  Their new performance, Fragments, pairs incomplete pieces by composers such as Haydn, Schubert, and Bach with works by modern composers.  The quartet will bring Fragments to the Hopkins Center at Dartmouth College this Friday, October 14, at 8pm.  For tickets, visit hop.dartmouth.edu.
